Answers to the most common questions about our process, pricing, timelines, and how we work.
Fill in the project inquiry form on the Contact page or send an email directly to luxtechempire@gmail.com. Describe what you need, what you're trying to achieve, and any relevant context. We'll respond within 48 hours with next steps — typically a brief back-and-forth to clarify scope before providing a project summary and cost.
At minimum: what you're building, who it's for, what problem it solves, and your timeline. For more complex projects, we'll ask about your existing systems, technical constraints, and any existing assets (brand guidelines, existing site, etc.). You don't need to have everything figured out — we help define scope during the initial discussion.
Yes. We're based in Lagos and open to working with clients remotely, anywhere in the world. All project communication happens via email and messaging platforms. Payments are accepted in Naira (NGN) and internationally via agreed payment methods.
Every project follows five stages: Discover (understand your requirements and context), Design (system architecture and scope agreement), Build (development with milestone updates), Deploy (launch and performance validation), and Scale (post-launch support and iteration). The stages are adapted to the size and complexity of the project — a landing page moves faster than a SaaS build.
Project cost depends on scope, complexity, and timeline. A basic landing page is priced differently from a full SaaS build. We provide a fixed quote per project after reviewing requirements — there are no hourly rate surprises. Most projects are priced as flat deliverables with defined scope. Contact us with your requirements for a specific figure.
Timelines vary significantly by project type. A landing page: 3–7 business days. A Telegram bot: 5–14 days. A full web application or SaaS MVP: 3–8 weeks depending on scope. We agree on a specific deadline before work begins and communicate clearly if anything affects the timeline.
Yes. All projects require a deposit before work begins — typically 50% upfront for smaller projects and milestone-based payment for larger builds. The payment structure is agreed and documented before the project starts. Remaining balance is due upon delivery.
Small clarifications within the agreed scope are handled normally. Meaningful scope changes — new features, additional pages, significant redesigns — are discussed openly and quoted separately before being added to the project. We don't do surprise charges, and we don't absorb unlimited scope creep silently either. Changes are communicated and agreed before any additional work begins.
You receive the agreed deliverables — code files, design assets, documentation — plus a handoff summary explaining what was built and how it works. For hosted systems, we ensure the deployment is live and functional before closing the project. Code is documented and clean, ready for your team or another developer to maintain if needed.
Yes. A short post-delivery support window is included with all projects for any bugs or issues that arise from the delivered work. Ongoing maintenance, feature additions, and longer-term support are available as separate arrangements discussed after project delivery.
Yes. Upon full payment, all custom work — code and design assets — belongs to you. There are no ongoing licensing fees or vendor lock-in for standard deliverables. We retain the right to reference the project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
No. All work is done in-house by Lux Tech Empire. Nothing is outsourced to subcontractors or freelancers. This means consistent quality, direct accountability, and no communication gaps from a third party handling your project without context.
